Concrete Lintel Pillars Cap

Three essential structural elements utilized in building construction are concrete lintel, pillars, and cap. Horizontal support over apertures such as doors or windows that supports the weight of the wall above is called a concrete lintel. It shifts the weight to the vertical supports (such as walls or columns) on either side of the aperture from the structure above it. The vertical structural components known as concrete pillars, or columns, are responsible for supporting and transferring loads from the building's beams, lintels, and other sections to the base. On top of pillars or columns is a concrete cap. It creates a smooth, level platform for future building while distributing the weight from the structure above.
